 What does it mean "Fitness"?

When we think of fitness, we think of exercises and healthy living habits that people do to be healthy and fit. In addition, fitness is a branch of sports, that is, it is a branch where people show how to fit they are on the podium, and they work with exercise machines or weights in gyms to improve their form.
These days, the term "fitness" or "fitness" is used very often in many places such as the gym, the internet, and in TV series. But beyond the above definition, we shouldn't think of being fit as just legs that look aesthetically pleasing without muscle building, low fat, or cellulite!
The definition of 'fitness' was originally made as follows: "The degree of conformity of an organism to environmental conditions and its ability to sustain its generation".
In other words, when we look at this definition, fitness is not only about aesthetic muscles, low-fat ratio, and beautiful appearance as we think, it is much more!
Fitness: the ability to perform a given physical task in the safest and most effective way.
